3P Translation, trading name of Martina Eco, is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website, as well as our clients, colleagues and suppliers. Like most websites, this website also uses cookies to collect data. Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer (PCs, smart phones or tablets) as you browse. They are used to remember when your computer or device accesses this website, they help it operate effectively and improve your user experience. The data collected includes pages viewed and your journey around the website. These cookies are not used to collect or record data on your name, address or other contact details. You can disable the use of cookies by changes your browser settings to reject cookies.

Google Analytics

When someone visits, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log data and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This data is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We neither make or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Social media features

This website also includes social media features such as share or like buttons. These features are provided by third-party social media platforms themselves (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram). If and when data is collected in this way, its processing is governed by the privacy policy of the respective social media platforms.

We collect, store and use your personal data to provide our services.

Specifically, your data may be used for the following purposes:

  • To provide translation and/or interpreting and/or other linguistic services that you request
  • To maintain internal records
  • To contact you in response to a specific enquiry
  • To periodically send promotional emails about 3P Translation’s services
  • To comply with legal requirements.

Personal data collected may include:

  • Your name, postal address, and job title
  • Your contact details, such as email address and telephone number
  • Any other data revealed by you in the documents you provide

Who receives your personal data

If we send a text for translation, revision or editing to a subcontractor, they will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement with 3P Translation and be GDPR-compliant. For administrative purposes, other parties may have access to your personal data, including our website and email hosting services. All these parties are GDPR-compliant.

How long we keep your personal data

Data in relation to quotes will be retained for up to twenty-four months. In the cases of work carried out, we are obliged to retain your personal data for six years to comply with tax obligations. We will delete email communications after ten years.

Your data access rights

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal data that we hold. Please email your request directly to, and we will act upon this as soon as possible, within a maximum of one month from the date of your request.

Your right to complain

Should you have any concerns about how we process your personal data, please contact Martina at the email address mentioned above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body in the United Kingdom or in the country where you live.
